Eye Opener
Since using snus I’ve always used portions and never used loose until this past order. Definitely not as bad as American snuff, in the fact that it doesn’t destroy the inside of my mouth. The texture is quite odd as this stuff is moist and pulverized. As for the taste and nicotine , well if you need a snus that will wake you up then this is it. It has a great burn and almost no drip. So far this is my favorite loose, but I will be trying new brands down the road.
Not for Me
To me, this has an extremely offputtting ammonia smell (windex for those in U.S.) The flavor is incredibly bitter. Included is heavy bergamot, which doesn't cover the cheap tobacco and unnatural pungency. It is certainly very strong and satisfies cravings, but I found it to be a chore to finish the can. Seemed like chemicals were compensating for poor tobacco. Not sure what to make of it. Could be possible I got a bad can, but I've had others from Oden's and have not been impressed. I think it's targeted for those just looking for some kind of nicotine buzz.
J. Madden
Odens extreme loose is my favorite but, odens extra strong is now my second favorite. I taste a little liqorice and a great nic hit.
Very good
Just tried some and I love it. Good flavor and good nic hit. Definitely going to be in my rotation.
