Please check that your card is valid (i.e. the expiration date has not passed) and that it is a Visa or Mastercard. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Make sure to enter the card number exactly as it appears (typically 16 digits), without spaces. The expiration date is located on the front of your card and is shown as month and year.
Some card issuers restrict online purchases. Please contact your card provider to check if this is the case.
Your bank may also require you to notify them in advance if you're shopping outside your home country. It's also possible that your card does not have sufficient funds to complete the purchase. Only your bank can provide the specific reason.

Please notify us within seven days of delivery using the Contact Us form at SnusCentral.com.
If the error was on our end, we’ll send a replacement. However, we cannot replace items ordered incorrectly or compensate for issues beyond our control (such as delays or damage in transit). Refunds are not issued for returned merchandise.
Note: If your delivery was shipped via UPS, please refer to the Delivery and Shipping section for details on filing a claim. Contact us as well. In case of dispute, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
You can request a cancellation only if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.
If you'd like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us form. We’ll do our best to fulfill your request, but please note that orders typically move to shipping quickly.
Changes can only be made before the order has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If your order was paid by card, we cannot increase the total amount charged due to banking restrictions. That means changes that would increase the total price are not possible on paid card orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept “change of mind” returns. Swedish snus is a perishable item and cannot be returned once purchased.

Shipping costs depend on the package weight, destination country, and the selected shipping option. You will see the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your order.
Tracking is only available for orders shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you selected Postal Shipping, tracking is not available. Postal shipments are sent as first priority letters without tracking numbers.
You can check your selected shipping option in your order history under My Account. If you need to contact UPS, please visit www.ups.com and have your UPS tracking number ready.
Your delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees once the goods reach the destination country. These costs must be paid by you, the buyer.
Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of tobacco products or require additional documentation, such as import licenses or permits. It is your responsibility to check local regulations and provide any necessary paperwork.
SnusCentral.com cannot provide information about customs regulations in your country. As the importer, you are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and requirements. Consult your local customs office for details.
If you refuse to pay applicable customs fees, or if your package is not collected or is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot issue a refund or reship the products. We are also not responsible for packages delayed, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Keep in mind that customs authorities may open and inspect your shipment. It is your responsibility to comply with any requests made by customs.
