Tre Ankare

Tre Ankare has a rich tobacco character with clear hints of smoke and wood and a slight hint of herbs and earth. Introduced in 1977, Tre Ankare snus (Three Anchors) was the first portion snus from Swedish Match and also the name of a pub fancied by the legendary Unz family.

At that time, many traditional loose snus consumers scoffed at this revolutionary concept, but this new way to use the product has not only survived but now constitutes 75% of the snus made today. The portion pouches were easier to place behind the lip and remove, leaving no residue on your fingers.

Tre Ankare Mini was introduced in 1986 and Tre Ankare is also available as a White Portion.
