I, Moe Unz, have always been a fan of Skruf snus. They constantly drive me crazy in their naming conventions though. In the beginning, a White Portion has been a tobacco snus portion that was dry to the touch on the outside but moist on the inside.
Then nicotine pouches/nicopods appeared on the market. They were called All White because the base consisted of bleached non-tobacco plant fibers instead of tobacco making them white colored on both the inside and the outside.
I, Moe Unz, understand this. But, like in the case of Solbär, tobacco snus and tobacco-free versions could easily be confused as they are so similarly named. Why is Skruf AB making it so difficult for consumers? Call the tobacco-free versions "nicopods" on the can instead of "White"!
The difference between a white portion (contains tobacco) and an All White portion (tobacco-free) may be easily recognized by trained Snus Lords like myself, Moe Unz. But especially new snus users are likely to be totally confused.
Skruf, this is totally unnecessary. I doubt you are trying to confuse consumers as tobacco snus is banned in some countries and tobacco-free snus with nicotine is banned in others. What is the point in muddying the water even more? Explaining this has also cut into my whisky drinking time which is much too valuable to be determining what "is" is.
It also could cause confusion for snus users as it did for me, Moe Unz! I had to spend valuable whisky drinking time researching what a "Solbär No.3" was! What did I discover? Both versions have the same flavor profile except tobacco Solbär No.3 taste the same but Solbär had more of a nicotine hit! My time is much too valuable for things like this.
It is hard to be angry though since I like both the tobacco-free and this new tobacco version of Solbär very much! Skruf, you could make it easier on us all with a little more effort on the product naming.

Solid
I am glad that Skruf put this flavor in a tobacco base. Very tasty, with just enough sweet to not be overpowering. Flavor is 5 star!
Delicious!
Finally, a version of Skruf Black Currant with tobacco! I'm not a nicopod guy, so the original was one I enjoyed, but I couldn't use it full time. It was missing something. Well, the tobacco rounded it out and added a great base to it. I could do without the menthol, but it's not too detracting.
So, tl;dr, great snus, a must try. A smooth flavor of black currant, a mild touch of menthol (which adds a cooling in the lip and the flavor), and a gentle base tobacco in the back.
A favorite of mine now, and added to my full time rotation.
