Utterly overpowering
It took me longer to finish this can than any other, besides one of the fake-snus nicopods in eucalyptus flavor. Sure, the name is a warning, but DAMN. You basically cannot taste or smell anything but clove. For hours afterward.
I didn't realize it when ordering, but the nic content is also through the roof. A few times I had to take it out and go lay down for a while because I got a bit queasy. Definitely don't use this on an empty stomach, or anywhere near bed-time.
All that said, I can't say that the flavor was BAD. Once in a blue moon one might actually want a big burst of clove flavor for one reason or another. If so, take this out of its baggie in the freezer, and one pouch will cure that itch for a week. Heh.
It did taste like real clove oil, not some artificial lab junk. And an actual USE I had for it: The big supermarket nearest to me had, for all of November and December, a bunch of cinnamon-and-clove-oil-doused holiday junk (wreaths, etc.) on display at their front door near the slow checkout counters. I found it so intense in my nose it was unpleasant. But using a pouch of this just before going to the store kind of "equalized" me, as it were. I couldn't really smell the store stuff because I was already saturated and acclimated from the inside.
