1847 White is a great tobacco tasting classic white portion snus from Philip Morris now made under contract by Swedish Match at their Kungälv Factory. Same recipe only made the GothiaTek way. There is no bitterness in the Swedish Match version of 1847 White Portion.

NOTE: Cans of PMI 1847 in grey Metal cans are the old discontinued version made by Rocker for PMI. Don't be fooled!

The can sold me on this one as it is a very nice steel can, the best I have ever seen, just could not get into the flavor of this one which was a bummer as the container is a site to behold. I am not sure how to describe the flavor on this particular snus as it was bitter the moment I put a portion in and tasted weird. The portions were very dry and a tad rough as well. Buy it for the can if anything. A no go for me on taste alone.
